We cater our own approach to every client to ensure each one of your events is right for you. With an impressive list of corporate and private clients and exclusivity over several Canterbury venues, we’ve repeatedly proven our ability to tailor an event for every occasion.

The prospect of using a caterer may be daunting.

Here’s a quick rundown of what you can expect:

• After your initial enquiry (phone, fax, email) we start on a planning stage.
• You meet our Client Services Manager George, to discuss your vision for the event, menu options, venue, numbers and the style. Creative Director Tina, as executive chef, may also discuss ideas with you.
• Once a function is confirmed, Helen, our Events Manager, meets you to confirm the finer details of these arrangements, and plan a site visit to the venue if required. We discuss equipment hire and the hour-by-hour timetable of your function. This ensures you understand exactly what is going to happen, when it happens, and who is taking care of it.
• We’ll talk you through costs and payments and look at any operations requirements for your function.
• On the day of the event, we will be at the venue prior to any guests to ensure everything is set up as you planned. This includes all the hired equipment, which may include tables and chairs, linen, crockery and cutlery, and glassware.
• On site we will have a dedicated function supervisor who is your key contact all day for any queries.
• Once the guests arrive, they will be served food and beverages by our friendly and professional staff.
• We will wave you goodbye (or put you in a taxi!) and take care of the entire clean up of your venue.
