Deux Tartes is Tina Duncan's boutique cooking school. Drawing on her years of experience in the kitchen, Tina holds a number of classes a year. From drop-dead dinner parties to long Sunday lunch parties, Tina varies her classes on the seasons and trends in the food world.

Saturday classes run from 10am to around 3pm, include a full recipe set and demonstration and a long lunch together around the table. These range from $120 - $200.

TART UP CHRISTMAS
Our very own tart, Tina, has booked in her much-loved Christmas class.  This is your Christmas dinner sorted - with a delicious contemporary Christmas menu, theming ideas and our own Christmas shop for some of your gift solutions.  As always, after a full class of recipes and demonstration, you will relax over lunch before heading home replete in Christmas splendour.

28 May - Love My Table
Delicious heartwarming food that will inspire you to gather your friends around you at your table and share the love!  Soup, slow braising, delicious pudding – all beautiful dishes to offer friends and family, especially during these stressful days.

16 July -  Home Cooking From A Broad

Wonderful dishes which have inspired Tina during her travels.  Delicious and different dishes which will bring faraway places into your kitchen.  A little bit of Italy, a little of France, a little Spain – all in a wonderful day out in the country!

20 August – Couch Capers
Think plate and fork food to enjoy on your knee in front of the television – inspired dishes to impress even in front of the rugby! An easy way to entertain with contemporary, flavourful recipes without the stress of a seated dinner party.

Cost: $150.00 per class
Arrive at 10am for something delicious and a cup of coffee, enjoy the class, and then sit down to a lunch of the day’s recipes and wine. Your day at Pemberton will finish at about 2.30pm.   A wonderful way to spend the day with fellow foodies.
