A sophisticated blend of contemporary and classic, our food is exquisitely presented with a total focus on quality. Clean, fresh, uncluttered flavours define us. We aren’t scared to push the boundaries and our dedicated recipe testing and research ensures ongoing innovation.

“The beautiful food eclipsed the scene. It was so very delicious. The soup ingredients had everyone guessing and that made for a good ‘entree’ into plenty of conversation along the tables. Everyone that has spoken to me since has said ‘...and the food was just superb!’ And I think so too, many times over!! Salmon to melt in your mouth with juniper berries or were they currants? It is a great measure of success when you have guests the next day second-guessing at the ingredients!! I had two chocolate brulees and felt inspired to buy a blow-torch and go on a stringent fitness programme.” June

“As you know, the food was of paramount importance with the bride particularly and she was certainly not disappointed, from the beautifully presented finger-food to the wow of a wedding cake. Everything was superbly prepared, looked amazing and tasted divine. We, or rather, YOU, have had heaps of compliments on the days following.” Sandra
