White Tie was established in 1986 and since then has grown significantly in experience and reputation. Ensuring the retention of the standards and ethos of a boutique, family-owned catering company our name has become synonymous with excellence and style. Our repeat clientele and personal references are our greatest testament. Continual evolution has been critical to our success, consistently delivering contemporary cuisine with exemplary service.

Grant and Tina Duncan have led the team since 1999. Tina’s love of good food and creating beautiful events provides the foundation on which White Tie Catering is built. Together, they lead a truly dedicated team who share their passion and commitment - it is this happy combination that ensures White Tie’s continuing reputation as a market leader.
